Welcome
If you've ever felt like you're doing everything you’re supposed to do—taking care of others, working hard, trying to stay positive—yet still feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or disconnected… you're not alone.
This space was created for women who want more than just getting through the day. It’s for those who want to understand themselves more deeply, reconnect with their inner calm, and build a life that feels aligned, steady, and meaningful.
Here you'll find simple insights and practical tools to help you understand your body’s signals, navigate stress, and create more balance in your everyday life.
Because real change doesn’t come from pushing harder.
It comes from learning how to listen.
My Story
I know the feeling of anxiety and overwhelm becoming so loud that it feels consuming... and lonely at times. One of my favourite quotes from Rose in the movie Titanic captures it perfectly:
“I feel like I'm standing in a crowded room screaming at the top of my lungs, yet nobody looks up.”
Before creating the Wellness to Greatness podcast and dedicating my time to supporting like-minded women, I spent years carrying accumulated heartache, betrayal, addictive behaviours, and low self-worth. I felt stuck in a vicious cycle—constantly searching for validation outside of myself. I tried to fix the feeling by reading all the books, chasing dopamine hits to numb the pain, and falling into patterns of people-pleasing and co-dependency.
From the outside, I looked like I had it all together—doing everything I thought would lead to wellness. Yet inside, I was living in what I now call the grey zone—not struggling enough to ask for help, yet not feeling like myself either. Just stuck in patterns that kept repeating.
I wasn’t in crisis… but I wasn’t at peace either. I was living in that in-between space—showing up, pushing through, while quietly knowing something wasn’t right. Eventually, that quiet buildup became too loud to ignore.
Everything began to shift when I realized that real change starts within. What I was chasing was wellness—but what I truly needed was something deeper. To me, wellness felt like getting by… but greatness came from transforming the patterns that were keeping me stuck.
When that shift happened, it felt like meeting a completely new version of myself on the other side.
There’s an important truth that often gets overlooked: the older version of ourselves doesn’t simply disappear. She is still there, walking hand-in-hand with the version we are growing into.
My mission is to help women see that it’s possible to hold two conflicting parts of yourself at the same time—and even learn to befriend them. You are not broken, and you are not failing simply because parts of your old self still exist. There is peace and clarity that comes from recognizing that both sides can be true, while you continue growing into the strongest version of yourself.
Without hustling. Without burning out. Without constantly doubting yourself.
With a background in massage therapy, yoga, reiki and body science spanning 15 years, I have spent much of my career studying the connection between the body, stress, and emotional resilience. My work focuses on simplifying what our nervous system is really communicating and helping women develop healthier ways to respond to life’s challenges.
This work isn’t built on professional training alone. Like many of the women I speak to, my perspective is also shaped by lived experience—through seasons of anxiety, overwhelm, and deep self-discovery.
Through my podcast, writing, and resources, I translate complex ideas about the body and mind into practical insights that can be applied in everyday life.
My mission is simple: to help women find clarity, calm, and confidence within themselves—one small shift at a time.
