Wellness to Greatness started during a season of deep self-discovery in my own life.
For years, I found myself caught in patterns that many of us quietly struggle with—reaching for things that seemed like relief in the moment but never truly solved the overwhelm underneath. Whether it was alcohol, binge eating, or endless scrolling on my phone, these habits felt like an escape from anxiety and stress. But in reality, they were only keeping me disconnected from what my body and mind actually needed.
Everything began to shift when I started paying closer attention to those patterns. Instead of numbing the stress, I became curious about it. I began learning how the nervous system works, how our bodies communicate through signals and emotions, and how small daily habits can either support our wellbeing or slowly pull us further away from it.
As I started changing my routines and building healthier ways to respond to stress, something powerful happened—I felt clearer, calmer, and more in control of my life than I had in years.
That transformation sparked a deep desire to share what I was learning.
What started as a passion project quickly became something much bigger: a mission to help other women who feel stuck in cycles of overwhelm, anxiety, and habits that no longer serve them.
